  13. Line 2: Color method. ANSI for ANSI codes, PCBOARD for PCBoard compatible
  14.         @x codes.
  15. Line 3: Message to write before time and date stamps.
  16. Line 4: Character to build stripe inserted at top and bottom of Qtime
  17.         output (leave a blank line for no stripes)
  18. Line 5: Color Code to use for top stripe
  19. Line 6: Color Code to use for date & time line
  20. Line 7: Color Code to use for bottom stripe
